Biography
Raytsyn Arkadiy Emilovych —
Chairman of the public association «Face of the Future», General Director of the national program «Person of the Year», President of the public organization «Club» Person of the Year».
Was born on the 06th of April 1954 in the city of Dniprodzerzhуnsk
Father – Emil Lvovych (1930-1984 ) – during 1954 -1984 occupied engineering and executive positions at Dniprodzerzhуnsk production association «Azot».
Mother -Liubov Makarivna (1930 year of birth) – during 1955 -1998 – child’s physician-psychoneurologist, now – retired.
Edcuation: Dniprodzerzhуnsk Industrial Institute (1971-1976), engineer –mechanic, Dnipropetrovsk Сhemical-Technological Institute (1976-1980),engineer, chemist-technologist.
During the period from 1988 to 1992 organized and carried the following grandiose social-culture events:
- Beauty contest «Beauty Fantasies» – December 1988, the city of Dniprodzerzhynsk (with the participation of Volodymyr Balkashynov – producer, Leonid Yakubovych, Tetiana Vedenyeva, Yuriy Hrymov Oleksandr Kanevskyy, Pavlo Dementyev and others);
- «Fashion festival» – April 1989, the city of Dniprodzerzhynsk (with the participation of Moscow, Leninhrad and Kyiv Fashion Houses);
- Beauty contest «Miss ideal» – December 1989, the city of Dniprodzerzhynsk (with the participation of Yuriy Hrymov –producer, Tetiana Sudets, Hryhoriy Baskin, Bazykiny sisters, Marharyta Chernova, Volodymyr Lenskyy and others);
- Union charity festival «Arts for charity», May 1990, the city of Dniprodzerzhynsk (with the participation of more than 200 of artists of different genres from Moscow, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk and Dniprodzerzhynsk and honoured quests from Moscow);
- Universal exhibition «Art-Business – Contact» – May 1991, the city of Dniprodzerzhynsk ( the first universal exhibition of domestic manufacturers in Dnipropetrovsk region with the participation of more than 40 enterprises and companies from Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk region);
- International exhibition «Sychyan – to Ukraine» – October 1992, the city of Dniprodzerzhynsk (one of the first international specialized exhibitions in Dnipropetrovsk region with the participation of 65 leading companies and firms of Sychyan province, China);
- During the period from 1980 to 1990 – freelance correspondent of Dniprodzerzhynsk municipal newspaper «Dzerzhynets» (culture and mode department).
The author of more than 100 works devoted to leisure, music, cinema, theatre, choreography, modern song.
The author of interviews with such famous men of arts and culture as Yosyp Kobzon, Oleksandr Pakhmytov and Mykola Dobronravov, Yuriy Sylantyev, Serhiy Zakharov, Iryna Ponarovska, Valeriy Leontyev, Larysa Dolina, Anne Veski, Volodymyr Bystryakov and others.
Carried special reportage for newspaper «Dzerzhynets» directly from the famous and popular cultural events as «Moscow International Cinema Festival», Cinema Festival «Golden Dyuk -88», the first international beauty contest in the city of Moscow (January 1989) and the first all-union beauty contest (May 1989).
Co-author and general producer of the TV cycle «Person of the Year. The history of success» (air –TV channel «STB»)
In 2004 awarded with the certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Culture and Arts of Ukraine for outstanding personal contribution for creation of intellectual values and high professionalism.
Has two daughters.
Daughter Yulianna (1981) – alumna of the Institute of Journalism of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, specialization «Television journalism»
Works at television production company «Friends Production».
Daughter Liza (1994) – the student of Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics, specialization international economy
